Northpoint radon installed an electronic breathe ez  air cleaner that replaces your regular air filter. It collects radon decay products.

This homes existing radon mitigation fan was located in the home's conditioned space. Placing the fan in conditioned space does not match EPA and industry best practices. We came in and rerouted the fan on the exterior of the home to align with all standards.

The homeowner hired us after the purchase of their home; with a mostly finished basement the options were limited on location of the Radon system. In Granite Canon, Wyoming the exterior location is important to take into account the extreme Chinook winds and the phenomenon called mountain waves that are common.

Before: Old radon fan housing with insulation restricting air flow and reducing system efficiency. Needed replacement to improve radon reduction Not sure if fan ever ran properly due to insulation build up.

After: North Point radon installed a new radon away fan with no insulation inside the housing , allowing for clean airflow an optimal radon mitigation performance.
