A homeowner contacted us about a loud radon fan installed as part of a do-it-yourself radon mitigation system. North Point Radon found the aging fan was causing excessive noise and needed replacement. We installed a new radon mitigation fan, restored proper system operation, and helped ensure the home remains protected from elevated radon levels. 

North Point Radon routed this radon mitigation system through the utility area, blending it with the  existing HVAC and other piping for a clean and professional instillation.

North Point Radon encapsulated this crawlspace and installed a radon mitigation system. Encapsulating the crawlspace creates a sealed barrier between the soil and the home while still allowing the radon mitigation system to vent the gas from under vapor barrier to the exterior.
