North Point Radon installed a full crawlspace encapsulation system with a sealed vapor barrier to control moisture, improve air quality,and support lower radon levels.The space now is clean,dry and energy efficient. 

North Point Radon tied into the perimeter drain tile, piping it up through the window well and venting it above the roof line.

The homeowner hired us after the purchase of their home; with a mostly finished basement the options were limited on location of the Radon system. In Granite Canon, Wyoming the exterior location is important to take into account the extreme Chinook winds and the phenomenon called mountain waves that are common.

Before: Old radon fan housing with insulation restricting air flow and reducing system efficiency. Needed replacement to improve radon reduction Not sure if fan ever ran properly due to insulation build up.

After: North Point radon installed a new radon away fan with no insulation inside the housing , allowing for clean airflow an optimal radon mitigation performance.
