North Point Radon was hired as a licensed, professional radon contractor to bring an existing radon system up to code and help with the vibration that was being reported by homeowner.

When our team first came out for a free inspection, we discovered pipe needed to be rerouted up and over roof eve to meet code and metal strapping against the house may be transmitting vibration to the siding.

We came in and removed the existing pipe section that a previous company installed and rerouted it up and over the eave and used strapping with rubber fernco couplings against the siding to reduce vibration.

After: North Point radon installed a new radon away fan with no insulation inside the housing , allowing for clean airflow an optimal radon mitigation performance.

We installed an interior radon remediation system in this home. We located the fan in the attic and vented it out the roof for a clen appearance while reducing radon exposure.
