North Point Radon ran an exterior system on this home. We ran our piping from the basement to the exterior venting it above the roof to meet all standards.

North Point Radon was contacted by a concerned homeowner about their radon levels in Torrington, WY. The house was unique earth and berm constructed home so our team had to come up with a carefully planned installation designed to accommodate the home's unique structural features.

We located three separate suction point which include one sub-slab depressurization in the sunroom and two wall penetrations to impact form different sections of the home. We tied all three suction points together to run the piping to the exterior of the home and vented above the roof. 

North Point Radon designs each radon depressurization system uniquely for each home that they install a system in and use the appropriate fan size for what the home needs. We offer a 10-year warranty on fan, workmanship, and average radon under 4.
