Crawlspace Encapsulation for Radon Mitigation Fort Collins,CO

North Point Radon was hired for a real-estate transaction to install an exterior radon mitigation system on this home in Fort Collins. The system was run from the crawlspace sump to the exterior of the home and vented above the roof line for proper ventilation. 

When our team went to the home for the free onsite inspection, we discovered that the vapor barrier in the crawlspace was not sealed and showing lots of wear and tear. Part of our install was to redo the existing vapor barrier and upgrade it to 12 ml vaper barrier fastening and sealing it to the foundation wall. Having a sealed crawlspace helps with the performance of the radon system.
