New homeowner called us out after discovering elevated radon levels of 5.3 pCi/L during their home inspection. Our team completed a basement radon mitigation system in a unfished room in the basement. The system included a sub slab depressurization system, a basic slab penetration and an exterior venting above a one-story roof line for proper dispersion. A Gx4 fan was installed.
